Delivery

• Free UK shipping on orders of £50 or more.
• Stock items: order by 12pm UK time on a working day and we dispatch the same day. Later orders go the next working day.
• Custom items are made to order. Custom decals are dispatched within 5 working days of payment. Custom inlays and other custom items are dispatched within 10 working days of payment.
• Faster UK options at checkout: FedEx Next Day and Royal Mail 24 Tracked.
• Outside the UK, delivery options and prices are shown at checkout.

Returns

• Changed your mind? Tell us within 30 days of receiving your order. We refund unused, undamaged items to your original payment method. You pay the return postage, and the original shipping isn't refunded.
• Wrong item, or not as described? Tell us within 30 days and we'll send you a prepaid returns label.
• Arrived damaged? Tell us within 7 days and we'll offer a replacement or a refund.
• Custom and personalised items can't be returned if you change your mind. If one has an error, tell us within 30 days and we'll offer a corrected replacement or a refund.
