Whether you need a standard replacement, a personalised cover with custom engraving, or blank material to cut your own, we've got you covered. Our truss rod cover range includes pre-cut PVC blanks in 2-ply and 3-ply layups, plus a fully custom engraving service where we'll add your name, logo or text to a finished cover.
Blank material sheets measure 300x200mm — more than enough to cut multiple covers, or to make covers for less common headstock shapes. PVC is easy to work with standard tools: score and snap, or cut with a fine-toothed saw and sand to shape.
For a finishing touch that ties the whole build together, pair a custom truss rod cover with a matching headstock decal in your own design.
