Choose from ABS plastic binding for durability and easy working, or traditional celluloid for that authentic vintage look and feel. Available in single-ply, multi-ply (2, 3, 4 and 5-ply) and various widths from narrow purfling strips to wide body binding. Colours include white, black, cream, ivory, tortoiseshell, pearloid and gold — plus less common options like purple and red pearloid.

Standard lengths run 1350-1700mm depending on material. Binding strips can be shaped with gentle heat and secured with appropriate adhesives — celluloid with solvent cement, ABS with superglue or epoxy.
