Hello, I'm an inkscape user, and wondered if you had a template that could be used in that? if you are not familiar, it is another vector program that saves as .svg Thanks heaps! Looking forward to getting some printed!
We can only accept files in PNG's, JPEG's or PDF's.

Do the decals come cut, or will I need to cut around them myself?
You will need to cut around them yourself. The exact shape you cut doesn't really matter - the film is so thin that the edges vanish once the decal has been applied and lacquered.

Does these work against a black background? More specifically a gold logo against a black headstock on a guitar.
They sure do! Our prints are completely opaque so can go on any colour background/headstock. The metallics really pop against black.
