The decal itself was perfect. However it took 8 days to arrive from date of dispatch to delivery but 1st class letter post- possibly the fault of Royal Mail. My biggest complaint is that you force people to download a 3rd party app (’Shop’) that is not wanted in order to track the item- with all the attendant submission of personal information. This to me is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful to your clients.
The transfers were even better than expected, arrived very quickly, and the supplier was brilliant to deal with. Excellent service from start to finish—I would happily recommend them.
Great service! Made a custom set of waterslides from my supplied images. Really crisp and fine printing, easy to apply to complete my project. Many thanks and would certainly be recommending.
