N13 Tortoiseshell Cellulose Acetate Block - 165x100x6mm

Cellulose acetate sheet in a tortoiseshell pattern. Acetate is a great plastic for creating accessories, fashion and craft pieces such as combs, hairclips, spectacle frames and statement pieces. Laser cuts well to a fine detail and polished edge, and can also be saw cut, carved, milled and heat formed - the pattern is all through the material so still shows however the material is shaped. Polish on a buffing wheel or with acetone for a high gloss finish, which will accentuate the pattern. Sheet measures 165 x 100mm, and is 6mm thick.
